meleeammo is durability, and riot guards have custom speed vectors that makes them not run
you can check this by comparing the speed vectors between engineers and riot guards

i checked their code and stuff, and they dont have the "no run" behaviour strangely enough. actually they dont really have anything that affects their movement.
but i could give them the always run behaviour

is there any way to make riot guards actually run
