描述
Experimental, intended for vanilla-ish gameplay.

Adds a menu that is unlocked by either Cloning, being gestalt, or having Synthetic Leaders tech
Customise an organic or robotic leader in the menu, then undergo a small situation and spend research to create them

Higher level leaders take more time, but will guarantee a decent leader with a longer lifespan. All new leaders start at 0 years old

Built in 4.0 but may work for other versions

INSTRUCTIONS
The Leader Creator menu is available as a country EDICT.
The edict opens the menu, then select a starting leader class (Commander, Official, Scientist)

Identity buttons: Change a leader's species (open and close this tab to reroll listed species.), Reroll a leader's ethos.
Stats buttons: Change Leader skill level.
Class buttons: Change Leader's current class, will maintain current traits - including class-exclusive ones. Changing a leader's class will incur extra cost.
Subclass buttons: Change Leader's subclass.
Reroll Traits: Randomize leader's traits at their current level.
Reset: Clears all information and creates a new base leader.

Once you have the leader you want, click CREATE and then a situation will start. For the first stage, it will cost a lot of Food or Minerals or Alloys depending on the species, as it creates the body. The second stage will cost either your Physics or Society in a similar manner to a special project. (In a very scuffed way, but it works)

Then complete the situation to gain your new leader.

do console "effect add_situation_progress = 50" with the situation view open, it speeds that up. change 50 to any number

It would be great if each trait selection was accompanied by an image of specialization, just like when choosing events in which a certain trait gives a new selection option (or like the direction of the state, for example, militarists have a unique dialogue with their icon in the selection in the event).
