Energy connector 125 range

Makes the energy connector have 125 radius (standard is 5) No more fiddling with power connectors.

Just place one at each base hub and see the glorious spiderweb of power connector paths.

Be sure to protect the connector as ive been told that it can lag your game, when and if it is destroyed or when sold, while being connected to many buildings. This is a limitation of the game and how it calculates and draws the power connections. It is out of my hands to improve the performance of the power connector logic.

TL;DR dont sell or destroy it when it is connected to a lot of buildings.
