Cyclopean

The Cyclopeans used to be the Dragon's most favourite one-eyed treasure guardians. That all changed in 1284 when a huge financial crisis struck the land. The Dragon fired all of the Cyclopeans and replaced them by Eyes, who were much cheaper immigrants from distant lands and could fire fricking laserbeams. A win-win situation. This became known in legends as the Great Layoff of Azanulbizar.

Now, the Cyclopeans have left their mountain caves and their crappy jobs as cashiers at Ye Olde Walmarket and are rising up against the Dragon, joining the heroes and adventurers in their quest to take down the evil serpent once and for all.
