This map is a sub-part of the “Huge Classical Ancient Mediterranean” map, and is a non-wraparoundable map (a flat map), from Greece and Cyrenaica on west, to Indus, Himalayas and Transoxiana on east, and from Ciscaucasia on north, to present-day Sudan, Eritrea and Arabia on south. This map is based on classical antiquity (especially from the Vth century BC/BCE to IInd century BC/BCE) nations, provinces names and lore. Here you can recreate, in Dominions 6, epic campaigns of Darius and Alexander, as entirely reforming many empires : Egyptian, Assyrian, Babylonian, Achaemenid, Alexander's empire, and all Hellenistic kingdoms.

I made this map so as to be able to have a certain number of Dominion nations, reduced compared to “Huge Classical Ancient Mediterranean” (designed for 30-31 nations), especially for players who like this concept but would like a smaller map.

I myself place the locations of each throne on this map as sites, which means that if you want to avoid duplicates, you should set “0 thrones” (thrones placed as sites always appear).
Now I've placed 23 thrones : 9 level 1, 11 level 2 and 3 level 3, so a total of 40 ascent points. Some thrones will be added later.
However, independent defender units have not yet been made, so thrones are not yet especially harder to guard than any other independent province.

This map is designed for the 17-18 following nations (especially EA) : (*=mod nation)
For each era, each lign is designed for one and only one naion, and lists all nations which have a same or a very near capital/spawnpoint/starter. For each era, more canonical nation is listed first.

@Numahr : Same for me. For each mod someone publish, he/she can provide a different description for each language (English being the default for untranslated languages) : so I always include an English and a French version.

(2/2) In the short term, I could publish a collection listing all the mods used on one of the maps in this HCAM series, even if some of them have ID conflicts with each other.
I will also see if I can turn each modnation listed into a hyperlink to the corresponding mod.
However, I have been having internet connection problems for the past few days, so I'm not sure if I will be able to do this anytime soon.

Thank you, I thought that a version with these borders, focused on the Achaemenid Empire, the war against Alexander, and the era of the Hellenistic kingdoms, smaller than HCAM but larger than Fertile Crescent, would be a good addition to the map series, in addition to the two other submaps.

Regarding modnations, I had tried to launch a project to make them compatible, based on the mods The Gathering Sturm, Nys New Nations, Hexabellum, and those by Mormacil, who worked together to make all their mods compatible with each other. Now that this has been done, I would like to extend it to as many other mods as possible, in particular the modnations that I list on my maps, and make a collection of them. However, this is quite a long and complicated process, and requires the direct participation of the modders in question.

I made a mistake with two egyptian provinces : the “Waset (Thebes)” point (67), on the wrong side of the Nile border, resulting in a partial inversion with Abydos & Thinis (73) (the connections and territories are correct, but the points are reversed, Waset should be at the south-east and Abydos & Thinis should be at the north-west.
