Disable multiplayer pack to play singleplayer campaign, you can also play co-op campaign if all players have correct load order.

Please pay attention to loading order. They should be chronological order and match up with the numbers on the images



Rise of Empires: Total War is a total overhaul of Total War: SHOGUN 2, fundamentally reworking every aspect of the game. It not only introduces significant changes to the core mechanics, but also focuses on delivering an immersive, interesting and historical experience of 18th century. The mod currently offers and spans The Great Northern war and the War of Spanish succession. Solid timeframe being 1700 - 1721

- improved lightning and terrain on campaign map

Recommended campaign difficulty: hard, for Russia difficulty may be very hard. Recommended battle difficulty in campaign: very hard. It's also recommended to enable "battle realism mode" in settings, as BAI still needs improvements.

You can't declare war on most of factions - it's normal, they aren't developed yet and will be updated in future.
Sometimes you can see "civil unrest" in region, but there is nothing - it's because AI agent used "incite rebellion" ability, but i removed rebels from it to avoid AI causing too many rebellions. Your agent will also have this ability but won't cause any rebellion, so far i don't know how to completely remove agents' abilities.

When besieging settlement, make sure you have AT LEAST twice as many units as defending side, because storming settlements is really hard. For Russia you will need more than full stack to take swedish settlement with 5 units.
Some technologies or buildings may have large penalties for agents - this is to prevent AI (and player) from overusing agents.

If multiplayer battles crash, do this:
go to AppData>Roaming>The Creative Assembly>Shogun2

and delete these 5 folders:
Army_setups
Battle_preferences
Fx_cache
Ui_Cache
Scripts
if you are missing one of them, just ignore and delete the ones that you have.
If you still crash, try to move all other mods from data or reinstall clean game without any mods.
