Patch Fix: Oncology

Patch to fix any exams still in progress (usually due to No Hints in Diagnosis) been active. These exams are the old code that was left in during the transition from Oncology to use CRP. This also adds all my all content back in just for players that had this content active in their save. Simply remove this patch when you start a new save.
