HL1 HEV Startup Sounds

Adds parts of HL1's HEV startup sounds to the music when you pickup the HEV suit. All this does is replace h1_song_11.mp3, which is the same song as the HL2 intro but the workshop doesn't load until a map is actually loaded.

I decided against including all of the sounds and full song because it would be hard to hear over Kleiner, Barney, and Alyx and it would be cut off by "Our Resurrected Teleport"
