Black Mesa HEV Startup Sounds

Adds parts of Black Mesa's HEV startup sounds to the music when you pickup the HEV suit. All this actually does is replace h1_song_11.mp3 which is the same song as the HL2 intro but the workshop doesn't load until a map is actually loaded.

You NEED to have Black Mesa HEV Voice and Sounds in order to replace the bell sound (which you should have already if you found this mod).

I decided against including all of the sounds and full song because it would be hard to hear over Kleiner, Barney, and Alyx and it would be cut off by "Our Resurrected Teleport"
