Changes the Loot Collectors as follows:

Level 1
-------
Building cost (carbonium, steel, cobalt): 200, 200, 25 ==> 500, 500, 50
Drone search radius: 45 => 100
Drone count: 1 => 3

Level 2
-------
Building cost (carbonium, steel, cobalt): 400, 400, 50 ==> 1500, 1500, 150
Drone search radius: 50 => 150
Drone count: 1 => 6

Level 3
-------
Building cost (carbonium, steel, cobalt): 600, 600, 75 ==> 3500, 3500, 350
Drone search radius: 55 => 225
Drone count: 1 => 9

Basically, better range (outranges all non-modded attack tower ranges, the largest of which is 200), more drones, but higher cost to compensate.

Note: the game save remembers some stats, on the individual Loot Collectors, from when a Loot Collector was originally built. As such, you will need to sell and rebuild any Loot Collectors that were built before this mod was enabled for the changes to fully apply.
