WoC + WGoA compatch

Description:
This mod is a compatibility patch for Weight of Crown and RUI:Character Unofficial, allowing them to work together with Warcraft: Guardians of Azeroth 2 (Release Alpha).

Changes:
✔ RUI:Character Unofficial – fixed age display. Characters born before year 50 are now correctly marked as “Unknown age” (as in the original Warcraft).
✔ Weight of Crown – fixed a crash related to the climate map. I fully recreated the climate map for the entire Azeroth, adapting every province to WoC’s code. Now it works just like in vanilla CK3.
