if this mod adds the moon to layered atmosphere i think it causes odyssey music to play on the ground, specifically impermanent waves

I understand, but I have now put Moon Factions as a required item. If you really want to play the old version you still can without moon factions mod, which I why I left it in. Yeah it will throw up an error, but it still works fine without moon factions.

I think you should separate the two versions of worlds because the game throws errors every time I go to create a new world as it does not detect the Moon Factions mods.

I don't know what you want me to say? What does "I can't create the world" tell me in regards to fixing your problem?? It works fine for me and everyone else. Either you are running a bazillion mods where one or more is incompatible with Worldbuilder or you forgot to install Vacworld, Odyssey or My little planet.

good shit. now its legit like it was 2013 2014. moon prototype file. (yes in the early before steam days of rimworld we would get protypes one was a zombie game using the game system. one was rimworld. one was a weird undefined test. and then you had a planet survival. which was the moon. it had a whole water table. atmosphere system and like 1/3rd of the stuff in rimworld. pretty much it was the test for every system odyssey introduced but a decade ago)
