@Hi5Ghost because these are the presets I have set, use the no factions version I included and use faction customiser to make your own factions. No empire because I don't have the DLC and so its also accessible to those who do not have it.

I didn't test it without ideology
but it's everything on the earth map and everything but the outlanders and maybe a pirate on the rimworld

Can you be more specific? Which factions in particular, what DLC are you using, does it happen when ideology is disabled.

Why cant's I include my own factions? Same problem as @ Lotl

mod seems to completely delete all faction spawns besides like two settlements
