[oSB] Xan's Penalty Tweaks

This is designed for a custom pack (MEANING IT IS NOT MEANT FOR GENERAL USE BY THE PUBLIC) based on Frackin' Universe and, vitally, including patman's Drop Pixels On Death mod.

This makes changes to the mechanics and descriptions of the game's difficulties.

[li]Casual is now "Easy". No hunger, drop no items.[/li]
[li]Survival is now "Normal". Hunger, drop 15% pixels on death, but still drop no items.[/li]
[li]Hardcore is now "Hard". Hunger, drop 30% pixels on death, and drop all items.[/li]
[/ol]

Again, this was made for my own custom modpack, and so the values are not guaranteed to work nicely with other packs/playstyles. Use at your own discretion!
