A Simple Buffet

Mod: Adds a new building, the Buffet.

"Buffet - (Noun) a piece of furniture that stands at the side of a dining room; has shelves and drawers"

The Buffet is an enclosed resource container that requires no power and is able to store any resource a shelf can. Compared to a shelf, it is a closed storage (meaning all items it stores behave as if indoors) and has more slots for the same space occupied. It is available for research and construction with the procurement of metal alloys.

Pairs well with either one of my other mods: Cooler Refrigeration or A Cold Overhaul
