Iceland

This map is based on the area surrounding the town of Egilsstaðir, in the east of Iceland on the banks of the Lagarfljót river. It is part of the municipality of Múlaþing and the largest settlement of the Eastern Region with, as of 2024, a population of 2,632 inhabitants.

Most of the fighting will take place inside of the city, with most of the surrounding area being covered by forests and fields and the occasional farm. There is some decent height variation, with a lot of smaller hills in the middle of the map and bigger mountains on the very edge.

The map is 6x6km big, which translates to about 17.5x17.5km in warno.
