for the Well head, make sure to just put a constant on signal to anchor, otherwise you get that situation where it clips the terrain and breaks. Maybe slow the well head a little bit before it anchors at 2m so that it 're-aligns'?

You can also let the fuel into the distillation towers when it reaches 400-500 instead of 300, or better yet, test the oil inside the chamber to make sure it is less than 0.1% of the total. (from the composite liquid meter)

The distillation towers also have gas in them too, so maybe add some venting pumps to prevent the superheated oil from suddenly becoming 220 Celcius when it's added

Electric furnace only work if the tank is initially full. If you pour something into it, only uranium can handle it.

because of this I usually had problems and because of the depth I have to manually increase it with 1 button

you need to press the repair button or the continue drilling button and everything should work the deeper you dig the slower the oil in the well will run out and don't forget to repair oil rig well head!

Well, I suppose you could just post the reduced version and continue with the nuclear version that has massive throughput. I'm confused though, when I was running it, the oil input from the pumpjack was only 30 l/s, how are you getting more than 8-16 times that?
