1992: A Modern Day Mod

A modern-esque total conversion mod that has been in development for the past 9 months.

1992 will provide you with a brand new set of changes to ensure you feel immersed in the 21st century experience!

- Modernized technology tree
- Modernized military units & mobilization options
- Modernized UI
- Modernized map graphics
- Cleaned out vanilla content which wouldn't make sense in a 21st century context
- Starting world leaders, U.S presidents to Donald Trump (2016)
- Reworked ideologies, interest groups
- New laws


Currently, there's a basic EU, and UN system to facilitate the affairs of the information age, various generic journal entries and events for the average country, as well as historical content going upto ~2006

As it stands, the following countries have some amount of expanded flavor:

- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Russia
- Serbia
- China

Certain events also fire (such as the Fukushima nuclear disaster, and the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami) which provide their own short, although interesting flavoured experience to certain countries.

The next update will likely contain the following:
- The Great Recession
- Arab Spring
- Expanded content for China
- Olympic Games
- Formables
- Expanded generic events for every country.
