Reskinning Conehead is going to effectively nerf him Bomb A or Bomb B is what I'm getting.

@Wishengrad I think Bomb B is it because of the dust jump, bomb toss, arrow rain combo.

He's Bomb B. All the wikis point to Bomb B.
