Odd-Fellows Temple

Another uchronic skyscraper built using my early start elements pack, this time based on an unbuilt 1890s proposal for an Odd-Fellows Temple in Chicago[chicagology.com].

Comes in three versions: a city hall, residential (87% quality, 360 residents), and a hotel. At 90m high it is slightly smaller than the actual proposed building. Not cheap, but not absurdly costly, and could be a fun centrepiece of a town.

This was one of the first things I made with the pack - it could probably be improved a bit, but it'll do. Note that if playing on Early Start with research active you may need to fix the research dates to access the residential version.

(The Odd-Fellows, or Oddfellows, were and still are a fraternity somewhat like the Freemasons. They still operate in the UK and US, although have declined somewhat since the 19th century.)
