Project Irisil - Removed Loading Icon

Removes the little dancing merchant that Project Irisil added to the loading screen. Yep. That's all it does.

I like my loading screens being free of any extra clutter, so I removed the Irisil added to the loading screen with the power of a stupid number of iterated test patches. If you like the little guy on your loading screen, which is completely valid because different people are capable of having different opinions, then feel free to not install this mod.
