colonies dont auto join wars
and ai will enforce mil access if they feel threatened
liberty desire from enforcing mil access DOUBLED

in more complex terms:

the following subject types don't auto join wars:

dominion
colony
chartered colony

PUPPETS WILL STILL JOIN

the ai will enforce mil access (force subject to join wars) if:

the colony is adjacent to an enemy country
any of their states is the target of a wargoal

When the EIC supports someone else in a diplo play, all of their puppets autojoin with them, even though they are set to be exempt from service (can join voluntarily). Could be generally outstanding issue, but with them it is apparent and easily reproducible. Could you fix that as well in this mod?
