描述

Simply gives the Exempt From Service pact to all of Great Britain's direct subjects at game start, to try and make Great Britain slightly less overwhelming in wars. Does not block the AI from revoking the exemption or the subjects from joining GBR's wars voluntarily.

I love the idea of this mod, but it seems as if the British AI will remove this for every subject near instantly at game start. But I doubt that could be tweaked at all. I still use this mod no matter what though
