PACCAR Powertrain Pack

Since I'm currently working on a larger mod project, I won't be adding anything to this mod until I release the other one. After that, I'll add more trucks and the requested retarder option.

This mod includes the latest versions of the PACCAR MX-13, TX-12 + TX-12 Pro, TX-18 + TX-18 Pro. Now also available as a version with a retarder!

The power and torque curves for the MX-13 engines were calculated by me using officially available data from PACCAR.
The TX-12 is also based on data from the 2025 PACCAR spec sheet and features seven different differential ratios.
I’ve tried to make this mod as realistic as possible.

If you're using an automatic transmission, I recommend actively using the keybind for adaptive shifting mode to get the most out of the engines.

The engine sound was kindly provided by Slav Jerry and is used with his permission.

Hi JoPiper, I haven't tested the mod in multiplayer. The way you described it was incorrect and would be confusing for others, which is why I deleted the comment. It should now work as an optional mod in multiplayer.

Dear EthalCore, let me ask you to this mod: Is it compatible to SCS_Convoy and is it "optional" for it to use?

What I mean is: The mp_mod_optional: true flag is a feature introduced in Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) and American Truck Simulator (ATS) multiplayer modes (Convoy mode). It allows players to use optional mods in multiplayer sessions without requiring all participants to have the same mods installed. Here's a quick explanation:

Thanks, I'm glad to hear that. I couldn't figure out why the K100 wasn't showing up yesterday, but I'll check back later.

Thanks! I'm impressed with what I tried in the SCS truck though. The fact you can actually stall the truck off the line is a refreshing change. You've done well. Thanks for the great mod!
