Sunnyside Yard residential skyscraper

Residential skyscraper based on a proposed, but never implemented, design for Sunnyside Yard in New York in the 1930s.

A relatively expensive building, but housing 980 workers at 89% quality on quite a small footprint. The building is around 180m tall.

Note that you need to be subscribed to my early start building elements pack for this to work. Due to strange decisions by the devs you will need to tweak research.ini to build these before 1959 if playing with research enabled; do that here.
