//我个人觉得那个萌化mod中图片的整体质量(包括清晰度和画风内容等)不太好，于是制作了这个mod

这个mod可以将游戏内的所有3D人物模型用二次元肖像替代。mod内置了上千张肖像，游戏内的每个人物肖像是从图库中抽取的，因此不会出现玩着玩着新刷出来的人物就都成一样脸这种情况。

理论上本mod可以和所有的大型mod如分歧等兼容，效果与原版一样。

鉴于V3 1.12新版本将极大提高兼容性，我准备重新拆分二向箔并统一维护肖像、服装基因覆盖，以避免出现互相覆盖纸片人trigger的问题，现提前通知，请计划接入的modder提供纸片人trigger和载入标志等信息

hello. i found that this mod made bug that can't get obligation from treaty menu. something maybe interfere with that ui. checked original based mod comments and it exactly reported already. it seems like based mod bug fix wasn't applied at this mod development point. can you fix it?
