Better Infamy - More Infamy Against Unrecognized

This is a companion mod to Better Infamy, Treaties, and Claims that increases infamy by 50% against unrecognized targets.

The result is that Conquer State infamy values against the states of unrecognized countries will have similar values to vanilla Victoria 3 at the start of the game (if the state has a population under 1.5 million, when infamy per state stops scaling in the base game). Using this mod also means that buffs like Civilizing Mission and Colonial Offices, which together reduce infamy against unrecognized targets by 50%, will have a less dramatic infamy reduction effect.

It can be loaded with any mod order.

You should use this mod only if you prefer higher infamy against unrecognized targets. It's designed to be available as an option for the mod Better Infamy, Treaties, and Claims.

Due to technical limitations, because this mod changes game defines, this cannot be implemented as a game rule and requires a separate mod.
