Craftable Odyssey Unique Weapons

描述
This is a simple mod that makes all unique weapons from the Odyssey DLC craftable. Unique weapons require twice as many materials compared to regular weapons, the traits and abilities of crafted unique weapons are randomly generated.

supported language:
Should theoretically support any language.



If this mod is what you need, my other mods may also suit you.

Allows unique weapons from the Odyssey dlc to be purchased from traders.


Adds a single type of orbital trader ship affiliated with the Traders Guild faction,you can buy almost every item from the Odyssey dlc in this trader.

is it possible to allow/bann specific traits/abilities for pawns? my pawns keep equipping the stuff with melee shield and become useless with their ranged weapons. while my melee blocker never equip stuff with shield. i always need to force equip

this is a great start to something i know a lot of people are gonna use. i have some ideas for how to make it more interesting.

1. allow the use of an existing base weapon, throw a legendary charge lance at the bench with some materials and see what sticks.

2. branching off #1, failed outcomes. kinda like with surgery chances, if your work area for making these is sub par or filthy, there is a chance you get no mods and waste materials, downgrade weapon quality, etc.

upvoting this regardless i was lookin for something simple to start. keep makin cool things :)

And may I ask a another question? Is this mod method also could be used to modify the royal DLC persona weapons? I have long dreamed of freely modifying their trait from its release.But no matter what thanks again for your great mods!:steamthumbsup:

@Azure : Yeah, I just released the latest mod that allows direct customization to add or remove unique weapon traits from the Odyssey DLC. Subscribe here if you need it:

@TheTrueJohnMadden : Well,by conventional logic, this makes sense—after version 1.9 should come 1.10, not 2.0. But I'm not entirely sure if RimWorld follows this convention, so I've temporarily tagged it as 2.0 for now. After all, there's still a long time from now until the end of version 1.9. Even if Tynan officially announces RimWorld 2 by then, I'll have plenty of time to modify the tag.
