描述
Similar to my Galactic Contender technology mod, this mod changes the Enigmatic Engineering ascension perk. Specifically, it removes the research limit for Fallen Empire buildings to as many as you can draw, while also permitting the research of Dark Matter ship components.

This means dark matter deflectors, auto forges, whatever you can think of, if an FE has it, you can too. Except the unique buildings, those don't count.

Mod is not achievement compatible. Modifies common/technology/00_fallen_empire_tech.txt - any mod that does the same will be incompatible without load order changes.

Finally, now I don't have to do several mental backflips to justify Dark Consortium every game "For the RP" I lie to myself as I slap a dark matter engine into my incorrectly built Mauler and watch it fly anyway

Probably, but just in case put this mod in higher priority than Gigastructures. It only modifies the one txt file so the Gigastructure files should be fine.

How is a 200-year-old empire supposed to build ancient cryo-chambers "containing the long-expired remains of billions of alien specimens frozen long ago"?

Is this not just Britain and its museums?

The unique buildings are:
Ancient Cryo-Chamber (from Ancient Caretakers)
Phased Empyrean Shrine (Holy Guardians)
and
Master Archive (Keepers of Knowledge)

Officially, they aren't buildable because they are unique to the empires that built them. How is a 200-year-old empire supposed to build ancient cryo-chambers "containing the long-expired remains of billions of alien specimens frozen long ago"?
Unofficially, it's because I didn't see any techs associated with them, and thus I couldn't make them buildable.
