描述
Valued, a mod based off of the honored one himself, Satoru Gojo.

This mod will remain a WIP for a while as we had to crunch for the Killamanjaro deadline, but I digress.

Valued is a meter hugnry character who heavily relies on basic meter for some of his more tricky gimmicks, as well as needing it in order to equip his hard hitting weapons, Red and Blue.

Red and Blue both share unique traits that makes the both of them work in unique and diverse ways.

whtat about the domain scrambling ur moves? like instead of js keeping them in one place after scrambling, more like a blender that's constantly on

Buff the domain. its essentially, 6 meter for a visual effect, that barely hinders the other person. I know you said you don't want it to be a "time stop", but give it something to make it worth using. Either have it also do damage over time, or slow down the enemy in some way (ironically, the "time stop" like effect would be more accurate since you can't do anything while under UV's effects).
