SRE Updated (1.17)

An updated version of one of the best mods for CK3 and a must-use mod in @Big Uncle's Social Relations Expanded (SRE). I claim NO CREDIT for this mod, simply copying over the updated code from Gambo's Most Excellent Super Compatch, made by the great @cuomo860. If either author wants me to take down the mod, or the original mod is updated, please let me know, as I do not want to plagiarize.

As this is my first foray into modding, inevitably there is the possibility will be bugs and code I have overlooked, so please give as much feedback as possible.

NOTE: You DO NOT need the original SRE mod to make this mod work.
