Avro Vulcan - RAF Strategic Bomber [updated]

The Avro Vulcan was a strategic bomber developed in the 1950s (and operated through to 1984). The Vulcan comprised one part of the V force (Vickers/Vulcan/Victor) and formed the backbone of the UK nuclear deterrent. As a tailless delta wing the Vulcan was the most technologically advanced of the 3 V bombers. The Vulcan had no deffensive armament and relied on high speed supersonic flight (later switching to low level and electronic countermeasures). The vulcan could carry a variety of nuclear and conventional weapons. The Vulcans only combat mission (Operation Black Buck) took place in 1982. Each of the 5 aircraft flew the 6200 miles from Ascension island to the Falklands to bomb runways and radar installations. 11 Victor Tankers were required for Air to Air refueling for each raid (2 Bombers).

This is an updated version of one of my first builds, with a bunch of new features and a smoother exterior.
