In case your mods are inactive and you cant turn them on by editting the "initial_config_win.cfg" file, change the "set disable_mods" line to 0. The file can be found in "...\Steam\steamapps\common\Riftbreaker\conf" directory.

14 more upgrade slots. I put them mostly on the right, because i wanted to put around 14 more on the left side, but i dont think that it is needed :D Might update in the future with more slots.

Edited files : Player.ent, Inventory.gui.
Other mods that change these files will conflict with this mod.
