A simple mod which adds a new type of beggar called the Addicted Beggar!

He can be found in arcades, secret rooms, isaac's rooms, chest rooms and the black markets, though he is quite rare.

His regular payout include identified pills or even horse pills! he can also sometimes spawn specific themathic trinkets.

For the ultimate prize, he can payout with any mushroom, pill or syringe related item!
