i need to do some edits to the english localisation very soon, too, as firaxis added more icons etc which i haven't yet integrated, but once that's ready, adding more languages and localisations would be so great.

ireland's unique quarter uses the american railyard and spanish casa de contratación.
this minimises immersion-breaking, as buildings with identical models in different civs already exist for all the non-unique buildings, and theres a fair chance america and/or spain aren't in the same game as ireland anyway.
the alternative at the moment is to have empty plots for unique buildings, until firaxis lets us add custom models.
