Unholy Mantle's resetting of mantle count in MC_EVALUATE_CACHE callback means it gets refreshed whenever any stat updates. This combined with any item that can change stats during a room, such as Hallowed Ground, Succubus, Epiphoria or Red Stew allows to effectively have infinite invulnerability.
