UTCM compat for Air, Navy, and Vehicles Rework

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE ALL UTCM REQUIREMENTS ON!

YOU JUST NEED THIS MOD AND UTCM AS WELL AS ITS REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPATIBILITY WITH IT!

Right so this is actually a bug I forgot to fix in Vehicles Rework as it should be more close to OWB levels, not Vanilla which is my bad. Easy fix for me to do when I am done with doing map work for VaultTec22. For now, put it into the Bug Reports section on the Vehicles Rework page.

yeah vanilla owb and utcm have like, 3 daily usage for starting ironmonger tanks and double this mods fuel cell generation from electricity, so these together its a bit too much. in vanilla owb fuel cells are never an issue but here its always an issue. so you could make it still something to think about without making it too easy by maybe making the tanks only 5x vanilla? then ironmongers daily usage is about equal to its generation so it seems balanced. or since theyre the heaviest tank users maybe instead make the numbers 10x vanilla so they still struggle in that aspect

running this with the full utcm package and no map expansions, it seems great but the energy usage seems so high? like the starting ironmonger tanks have about 80 daily usage and the base energy gain is 6, 7 more from electricity production. i feel like the usage numbers could be 1/10th and make more sense. im gonna play around with it

Testing with just UTCM I had the extra support company techs (Sniper techs with recon, etc) but when I added these ones those techs are no longer in the tech tree.

I have not yet updated this mod for UTCM yet as I am busy working on OWB: Navy Rework atm.

It seems to cause the unlockable techs screen to mess up, that shows like focus/scavenging tech? I dont know if its just me but it messes up the labels and moves things around.
