The Greatest Tuva Flag Mod

Greatest by virtue of being the only one, TGTFM remedies Paradox's unforgiveable sin of not giving Tuva its historical flag. Literally unplayable.

This mod changes the flag of Tuva from discount Luang Prabang to that of Uryankhay Krai, the first nominally independent Tuvan state. Not only that, I took the liberty of changing Tuva's map color to match the flag so it's now the same pleasant (imo) shade of blue.

Now you're ready to practice throat singing and lassoing elk while skiing.
