Itemless Abilities

Removes the item costs for Ninja/Chemist abilities. Use as many Zethers or AP Juices as you want, without having to spend all your money on consumables.

Obviously having infinite free HP/MP recovery is kinda busted, but in boss fights it's not too much stronger than what you'd get by just grinding.

Won't work with overhauls, and may break with other mods that alter Ninja/Chemist.
