EK2: Academy Town

描述
Academies in Elder Kings are now Academy Towns! Now with all sorts of academies buildings available at once. Besides, they are renovated to fit the name of great academies!

Functions
- Greatly buff and tweak all academy buildings, especially warrior, bard and diplomat, see image for details
- Now all sorts of academies could be built if building slots are enough (max 5 since only 5 kinds of academies).
- Tweak academy holdings, giving better bonus and apply culture bonus like maritime mercent 10% tax.
- Mage line academy add arcana to holder and regenerate multiplier for both holder and county holder.

Compatibility
All others, as long as it does not edit academy buildings file (ek_academy_buildings.txt), or magic value file(ek_magic_values.txt).

Note
- Some buildings might have too much description text that you can't find the upgrade button, press "Enter" to upgrade as with other buildings if you don't already know.
- The reason why it has much more text is because county holder buff won't work if you hold them directly, that's when holding holder buff work. Thus I make holding holder buff a bit better than the county holder buff.
- At game start, most of Academies have spare building slot. Ai won't build any new one, only upgrade them, so that you can make your choice.
- If admin rulers wants to hold academies, you could have my other mod Kregon's Patch installed. I won't mess them here to provide best compatibility for this mod. I was thinking about enabling autocratic rulers to hold academies, but seems unfitting for me. I believe other people have already done that.

My other EK2 mods
Kregon's Patch for many minor tweaks and bug fixes(before they offically fix them, and as you know it takes time).
Academy Town for updated academy buildings.
Pluralist All Holy Site for allowing pluralists to build and use all holy site buildings, tweaking existing special buildings, and new holy site buildings for no deity religions.
