More bullets, more control options, more shot types, more difficult. Anyone who wanted an evasion hardtype, here it is.

This mod still basically plays like evasion, but there's been a substantial amount of restructuring under the hood to give me more options as far as shot spawning and behavior goes. Here are some of the changes you'll actually notice as a player:
- General input support has been added. This means that if you prefer to play Audiosurf 2 with a gamepad or your keyboard, evasion+ will respect that.
- Rank system. Rank gradually increases over the course of the song, and drops sharply when you take a hit. This is important because...
- The abysmal scoring system from evasion has been replaced with a hopefully-at-least-a-bit-less-abysmal scoring system based on your rank, rather than just ticking upward at a constant rate.
- Dynamic difficulty. Again tied to the rank system, you'll tend to see more and faster shots as your rank goes up.
- More shot spawn patterns. Shots can now spawn in the middle of the field from two different generator types, and have an additional pattern they can spawn in from the sides of the screen.
- Homing bullets. Because I'm evil.
- Maybe more coming sometime soon? I've got a couple of ideas I've not yet implemented, but if there's other shot types or patterns you'd like to see in the mod, leave a comment and I'll see what I can do.

I still can't skin to save my life. I've added an even more cut down skin for those who found the background distracting in evasion, but if any of you talented artistic types out there would be willing to put together a prettier skin for the mod, I'd really appreciate it!
