描述
Well... People kept asking for it, and today it also just so happened to start raining, so I guess some wizard in here really wanted to see the liquid simulation be pushed to it's limits.

Any raindrop what hits a solid block will now generate 100 times the water, oh how much I lament all the placeables what will be washed away from this...

@bak Wouldn't be that difficult to do, unfortunately I've got very little time to work on mods atm, next week probably though.
But in the mean time do tell me if you'd like me to patch said weather into the planet weather list or not, and into which ones if yes.

There are at least 2 slug cat mods on the Workshop though. And Maple32 has cool megastructures in it.
