Phantoon Erchius Ghost

This mod replaces the appearance of the Erchius Ghost
with that of Phantoon from Super Metroid.

>monsters>ghosts>erchiusghost>erchiusghost.animation.patch
-only replaces light and particle colors
>monsters>ghosts>erchiusghost>erchiusghost.frames.patch
-ups the frame size from 96x96 to 116x116 (Phantoon is a bit bigger)
>monsters>ghosts>erchiusghost>erchiusghost.monstertype.patch
-changes the name, description, and nametag color
>monsters>ghosts>erchiusghost>erchiusghost.png
-substitute image of Phantoon

The Erchius Ghost's stats haven't been changed, so this should be client-side.
