Rogue Remastered

Adds the following changes to the Rogue:
-Full martial proficiency
-Ruffian can sneak attack with martial weapons which have up to d6 damage dice size
-Scoundrel Rogue can step after performing a feint
-Remasters the Gang Up feat so it applies to allies too (credit to SilchasRuin for implementing it)

Also adds the Distracting Feint feat because I wanted it for a playthrough.
