Glommer Transport [Reworked]

Glommer is now able to transport most types of structures! Simply hover his flower over a structure and right click to have him pick it up. You can then right click again on the floor to make him drop the structure.

The mod has had some parts rewritten; here are most of the fixes/changes this mod introduces:

• Glommer will no longer go unresponsive if interrupted whilst going to transport/drop off something, should be more consistent when doing so, will wake up to perform the commanded action if they were sleeping, will attempt to restart their commanded action if they were frozen/asleep in the middle of said action, and will also be able to move out of their "bored" state instantly.
  
• Glommer's Flower can be used while mounted.
  
• Spawners (e.g., Pig Houses), Pinchin' Winch, and Masts can now be transported by Glommer.
  
• If the placer for something that is being transported doesn't exist, then it will be replaced with a Science Machine's placer to prevent log spam/issues.
  
• When Glommer transports something, certain data, like the rotation of Directional Signs, will be properly saved and loaded when that thing is dropped off.
  
• Players are not allowed to be transported when Mob Transport is turned on.
  
• Geometric Placement should now work as intended with dropping off stuff.
  
• Deploy radius should now be consistent with what's being carried and fall back to a configurable value if what's being carried has no recipe (or that recipe has no placer), or if it's a mob, default to 0.
