[oSB] Light Limiter

OpenStarbound's optional new lighting is beautiful, but sometimes it makes lights unrealistically bright (a measly flashlight should not be able to overpower the sun on a clear day)

This mod limits how bright a light can get in oSB's new lighting system, bringing it closer to vanilla in terms of brightness while still mostly keeping the beauty of additive lighting, though it reduces the nice bloom effect around light sources. It's sort of a compromise between vanilla and new lighting. Which option you prefer is up to you.

OpenStarbound provides a convenient access to a variable called "brightnessLimit" through the file "lighting.config", and its value is set to 1.4 by default. This mod simply changes it to 0.8. Look at the screenshots to see the difference.
