[oSB] Bott's Shaders - Disabled By Default

An incredibly simple mod that switches enabledDefault from true to false for all of Bott's Shaders, disabling them by default.

This was specifically made because I wanted to add these shaders to my modpack, An Overly Complex Assortment of Mods (which you should totally take a look at, wink wink nudge nudge). However, I don't think users of my modpack would appreciate being jumpscared by all the shaders at the same time, so I decided to change it myself. Thankfully, Bott was kind enough to make the default enabled state of the shaders configurable.

There was probably some fancy oSB way of doing this that would automatically patch any new shaders that were made and all that, but, uh, I have no clue how to do that. So I'll just go ahead and update this whenever Bott makes more shaders. It's literally just one file.

Oh, and I should mention, you don't need all of Bott's Shaders for this to work! I used test patches, so if you only have one of the shaders installed and not the rest, it'll still function for that singular shader.
