Terror-Strike: Zero – Master Collection

Play up to 8-player survivors with a dynamic versus system for campaign and automatic level transitioning for local hosting.

All you do is download, make a folder on your desktop, name it whatever, extract the downloaded zip to that folder, and drag and drop anything inside that folder into Left 4 Dead 2.
