Not Only GeneBank in Orbit Trade

Remove the GeneBank def check to read GenePackContainer comp, so that other mods
that add more gene bank can have their genepack traded.

This mod patches a patch of Map Wide Orbital Trade Beacon that collects tradeable items, so that any genepack stored in new gene bank with CompGenePackContainer will be included in trading menu.
Testing has conducted with Oops All Gene Bank to ensure that gene archive and gene register from Oops All Gene Bank will be included in trade menu. Note that an unpatcher is used to ensure that the genepacks inside archives and registers will not be counted twice, having a side effect that the visibleToTraders setting of Oops All Gene Bank is made invalid.
