HLD HUD Vibrant Rarity Borders

What is this mod? HLD HUD, but with more vibrant coloring on the borders for the various item rarities present in the game.

I love the HLD HUD reskin, but something that always bothered me was how hard it was to tell some of the items rarities apart.

So... Basically what this mod does is just make it easier to tell what items are what rarities, which isn't all that important I guess, unless you happen to have mods that let you scrap weapons or somethin, in which case it is very useful to know what's what at the quickest possible glance.

Also changes the mouse cursor from grey to green, which is nice but I couldn't get in the screenshot. So there's that too.

Technically you don't need HLD HUD for this mod, and could just use this mod as an item rarity border reskin as well - but this mod is intended to be used with HLD HUD.
